Responsibilities & Key Focuses
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique security challenges and requirements, proposing tailored solutions to fortify their digital defenses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, escalations, and feedback, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your account portfolio.
- Negotiate and manage contract renewals, ensuring seamless continuity of services for our clients.
- Guide customer satisfaction, account retention, and growth within territory.
- Own and deliver account forecasting and planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector, but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a knack for identifying opportunities and proposing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, trends, and best practices is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
